I am just writing to thank you for all the great work you have done for me recently. As you know I operate a business that depends very much on getting myself out there on the wonderful world of the internet as all of my customers come to me from overseas. This has become even more important now due to all the serious problems we are facing in the tourist industry due to the economic downturn worldwide. There will be many less people traveling to Ireland this year but the ones that will be coming we will have to work harder now to find. I had a web-site which was not doing the trick for me and I was not getting much contact through it at all. Fortunately for me your service was recommended to me and even though at first I only approached you to help me sort out a serious computer problem I was impressed with your attention and service. I was not even aware at that stage that you were into web-design also and when I discovered that I asked you about it. Your ideas, and your price also, which was within my budget, appealed to me and working with both of you was great. The end result was a web-site I am proud of and a blog which I am going to work on until that too gets maximum attention. I am already benefiting from my site and enquiries are coming in and the bookings I have managed to tie up have been more than reassuring. A couple of months ago I had serious doubts as to whether or not I would be in this business much longer but now I have great hopes for the future. I know that I will constantly have to keep updating my site but with both of you there to assist me anytime I need you, I feel so much more confident.
I would just like to add that my own computer knowledge is extremely limited but Ruth has been most patient with me and I am learning as I go along. Thank you both sincerely and I hope that you keep on putting up with me.
